Julie Waldrop is a dynamic leader with a remarkable journey. At the helm of a multi-million dollar team spanning across three countries and for the past 14 years she has successfully driven sales in the luxury skincare industry with Rodan And Fields. Her passion for empowering women shines through, as she has dedicated herself to fostering growth in their businesses.
For 27 years, She has been an integral part of the community in Oldham County, KY. She has woven her roots deep, actively engaging in local networks and building communities. As a dedicated builder of networking groups, She has spearheaded mastermind circles, leading as Past President of Women in Networking 3 and presently is the President of Oldham County Networkers.
This year, She has proudly taken on the role of Provisional with the Fillies, contributing to giving back to the Kentucky Derby Foundation. Her commitment to her local ecosystem extends to supporting small businesses, particularly locally owned restaurants and newer businesses in the community making sure they are seen throughout social media.
She also enjoys curating luxury consignments as a Luxury Sales Associate for the Ky Market with The RealReal—an exciting side gig that adds an extra layer of richness to her life.
Through every facet of her journey, from global business to local networks, family, and personal passions, She is here to make an impact, empower women, and support her community. She is excited about connecting and exploring how she can inspire growth and create lasting change in local businesses together.
Julie currently resides Crestwood, KY with her husband Danny, their two children and a Golden Retriever named Buddy.
