Kerri is the Broker and Owner of Chapter One Real Estate – a real estate firm committed to helping people buy and sell the homes where life stories unfold.
Kerri is a REALTOR® member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Williamson County Association of Realtors, and she has earned several certifications and designations in areas of real estate service that she’s passionate about – including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce™ (RCS-D™) – as well as completed New Ways for Mediation™ Training (Mediating High Conflict Disputes) to serve clients going through divorce.
With a 25-year career in marketing and public relations in addition to nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Kerri brings a unique skillset of storytelling and market strategy to her clients, and as a transplant to the Greater Nashville Area herself (moving to Nolensville nearly 10 years ago now), she especially enjoys helping other transplants find their place among the many choices in and around Music City.
