We are connection creators. We love offering casual opportunities for professional women to gather to create genuine relationships. Our events are an opportunity to attend as a member or non member and be yourself. You are encouraged to share what you do with the group and learn from the women you meet. We have the abundance mindset and do not restrict to only one attendee per industry…in fact we love seeing collaborations and women learning from each other.

Our founder

Lucy Miller

Founder of Women Connect. Born and raised in Franklin, Lucy’s love for connecting others spurred the creation of this group. Lucy was looking for a networking group to fit her needs. Not finding exactly what she wanted and noticing a need for a professional women’s networking opportunity in Williamson County, she started events in January of 2020. What she found was that women were looking for opportunities to make real connections, in person, and were excited to collaborate with others. Growing Fast in 2021,2022, and 2023 Women Connect grew across Tennessee and added chapters in Alabama and Kentucky. Now in multiple states, the Women Connect team is excited and so inspired by all of the business women’s lives they touch with events all throughout the month. This group of Connection Creators designs events each month for connection and collaboration. The annual LIVE conference is one of Lucy’s favorite days of the year. The best is yet to come for Women Connect!

Currently we have one Huntsville Area Chapter that offers 2 events every month for connection. Expansion into more locations in Alabama planned for Summer 2024!
